1.1 NuWoman are currently able to ship to the countries listed at checkout. All items are well packaged for safe delivery. Delivery times vary depending on country – estimates are listed when checking out.
1.2 NuWoman guarantees delivery in Australia, so long as our conditions of trade have been met, the address details are correct and NuWoman agents personnel and/or property will not be endangered by delivering to the destination (as solely determined by NuWoman or NuWoman agents). We reserve the right to refund the purchase price (and any delivery charge) rather than send / resend an item in the instance where an item is lost or, in our sole opinion, the destination is unreliable and / or unsafe to our NuWoman agents personnel and / or property for whatever reason.
1.3 We reserve the right to withhold delivery in the instance that we believe (at our sole discretion) payment may be dishonoured (due to credit card / internet fraud or the like) at any time where we suspect a default or fraud.
1.4 Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct delivery address as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. In such instances where an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, the customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the item.
1.5 All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours as such we cannot usually stop a delivery after this time.
1.6 If applicable a tracking code will be supplied within 24 hours of dispatch of the goods.
2.1 Freight varies depending on weight, size and service selected. Please use the freight calculator to get an accurate quote.
2.2 We reserve the right to hold/cancel an order that has incorrect freight. A refund will be supplied in this case.
3.1 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
3.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3.3 Your item must be in the original packaging.
3.4 Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4.1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
4.3 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
