Each capsule combines a high dose of the internationally studied effectiveness of Cimi-Max®(975mg) together with Calcium (200mg), Magnesium (140mg), Vitamin D3 12.5mcg (500IU) and Vitamin K2 (30mcg)

Directions for use
One-a-day high strength formulation. Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.
Precautions
Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and consult your doctor immediately.
