Ingredients
Cimi-Max®(240mg) is a standardised extract of Cimicifuga racemosa, Tyrosine 150mg, Chromium picolinate 200mcg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 25mg, Folic acid (B9) 99mcg, Cyanocobalamin (B12) 25mcg, Calcium 8mg.

Directions for use
Two tablets per day preferably with meals. One tablet AM and one PM
NuWoman 30 PLUS should be taken for a minimum of three menstrual cycles, or three months, before assessing its effectiveness.

Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and consult your doctor immediately.
People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.
Do not use if the blister foil is broken.
Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
